Please use this form to nominate someone or self-nominate for election as a Three Rivers Partnership Trustee. The closing date for nominations is 5pm on 16th March 2006.

Please note the following:

• Nominees must be members of The Three Rivers Partnership
• Once elected a Trustee serves on the Board of trustees for a period of up to three years, after which they must stand for re-election to remain on the Board
• The election takes place at the AGM Thursday 30th march 2006, 7pm, at Gillingham Primary School. Only members will be able to vote in these elections
• There are legal obligations on all Trustees as Company Directors and Trustees of a Charity. More information can be obtained from Companies House and The Charity Commission.
• Training will be offered to all Trustees to help them carry out their responsibilities
• No more than one representative from any one group can be on the Board of trustees
