Fundraising

Fund raising is vital to the success of the ambitious RiversMeet Centre project currently being undertaken by Three Rivers Partnership. Local fund raising in the community helps to provide not only funds for the projects but also evidence that the community is actively engaged with the project. This evidence is key when we are bidding for Government or private Trust funding.

In 2009 we launched the Three Rivers Unity Lottery to raise funds to enable a much-needed community centre to be built. Our lottery is part of the Unity Lottery, and prizes of up to £25,000 per week can be won. In the space of just six weeks, two members scooped £1,000 prizes.
